Healthcare Facility Licensing
Medray Diagnostic Centre is officially licensed and regulated under the Health Institutions and Facilities Act, 2011 (Act 829).
Regulator: Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA).
Scope: We maintain strict adherence to HeFRA’s standards regarding facility infrastructure, equipment quality, and clinical protocols to ensure a safe environment for all patients.
Radiation Safety & Imaging Standards
For our Medical Imaging services (X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound), we comply with the Nuclear Management Act, 2015 (Act 895).
Regulator: Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) of Ghana.
Our Commitment: We ensure that all ionizing radiation equipment is regularly inspected, calibrated, and operated under strict safety protocols to minimize exposure and maximize diagnostic accuracy.
Data Protection & Patient Privacy
We recognize that medical data is highly sensitive. Medray is a registered Data Controller under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
